JCCPD partners with DEA collecting potentially dangerous expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs for destruction. The program is anonymous and no questions will be asked. Prescription solid dosage medications (i.e. tablets and capsules) will be accepted. Medications will be accepted in either the original container or in a bag. Intra-venous solutions, liquid medications, over-the-counter medications, injectables and needles will not be accepted, nor will illicit substances. E-cigarettes and vaping devices will only be accepted if the batteries have been removed.
