| James City County, Virginia (“the County”), is requesting information from interested parties for a Fleet Management Operating System to support the Fleet & Equipment Division. The software solution will update its current Fleet Management Operating System. The software should be a Fleet based asset managing solution. The system will be used to manage and track maintenance, parts, sublet and fuel information of assets and components from acquisition to disposal. The system will provide budgeting and forecasting, reports, billing, technician and Fleet asset management workflow tracking.
