June 13, 2022 - Daily Update
Good morning, Building Safety & Permits has 68 inspections for today, June 13, 2022.
Please note: that at 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 16 the JCC PermitLink system will be offline as a scheduled upgrade to the system begins. We expect services to be restored by 9 a.m. on Friday, June 17. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please Note: Users of the JCC Permitlink system may notice that certain days are unavailable for requesting inspections from the Building Safety and Permit Division. When days are showing as unavailable to request an inspection, it means that the number of inspection requests have exceeded our current capacity.
In addition, the cutoff time for requesting an inspection for the next day, as available, will be 3:00 p.m. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience as we continue to strive to provide exceptional public services in these extraordinary times.
Please Note: The 2018 codes became effective on July 1, 2021. If you wish to be reviewed under the previous code edition, you must state that on your permit application and on your construction documents.
Reminder that approved plans must be on site for ALL inspections including trade inspections.
Please note that Sheathing inspections cannot be inspected with Air Barrier (House Wrap applied).
