The Save Small Business Fund has been established the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and is a collective effort to provide $5,000 grants nationwide to as many small employers located in economically vulnerable communities. Applications are now open. Businesses must employ between three and 20 people. Economically vulnerable communities are identified by zip code. Eligible zip codes located in James City County include 23185 and 23188; 23168 is not eligible. https://savesmallbusiness.com/

SCORE Assistance for Businesses

Do you need a business mentor during the COVID-19 pandemic? Check out local SCORE Mentors, who are ready to assist business owners. Williamsburg SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and helping small businesses start, grow and succeed. These free, confidential, one-on-one mentor meetings can happen on the phone or through email.
