Small Business Administration (SBA) Loans

Businesses can now apply for SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) online. If a business does not have access to a computer or smartphone, please call SBA at 1-800-659-2955 for assistance.

There is also a recorded video presentation on filling out the EIDL application available online.

The Hampton Roads Small Business Development Center (HRSBDC) will be hosting webinars to assist with the EIDL process. Visit the HRSBDC website for more information.
