[ARCHIVED] Yarn Matters Celebrates Ribbon Cutting

James City County is pleased to announce that Yarn Matters has celebrated a ribbon cutting. Yarn Matters is a local yarn shop in Williamsburg, VA, and offers a handpicked selection of beautiful yarns, tools, accessories and patterns. The yarns available at Yarn Matters includes locally Virginia made yarn, made in USA yarn and a variety of other richly colored textiles made from varying fibers. Make sure to check out the class schedule for knitting and crocheting classes and workshops. Gift certificates are available.

The Yarn Matters social knitting/crocheting group meets on Thursdays 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and Tuesdays 6-8 p.m. Everyone is welcome. Please bring a project and a friend.

Family friendly Open House will be held on Sunday, Oct. 23, noon-5 p.m. Hands-on demonstrations, animals, prizes and light refreshments will be offered. Yarn Matters is located at 7437 Richmond Rd., Williamsburg, VA.
