James City County’s annual Live Well Expo will be held on Friday, Nov. 4, 8:30 a.m.-noon at the James City County Recreation Center, 5301 Longhill Road. The event is designed for participants age 55+ and caregivers of any age. Come learn about the services available in our community for ages 55 and older; over 40 vendors will be participating and providing information on nutrition, home health care, leisure and recreational services and more. Also featured during the event are FREE preventive health screenings including vision, hearing, cholesterol and blood pressure as well as the opportunity to get your vaccinations.
