James City County Police Department will host an open house at the Law Enforcement Center located at 4600 Opportunity Way on Oct. 22, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. The public is invited to stop by and help celebrate five years in our current location!
Come meet your local police officers, ask questions and learn about various programs and services that we offer. Be sure to bring your kids to enjoy various activities that will be available for them. There will be SWAT and crime scene demos, building tours, vehicles displays and more. Refreshments will also be served.
“Every single citizen encounter is an opportunity to have a positive impact on our community,” Chief Brad Rinehimer is often heard saying. “This open house is an opportunity for us to reach citizens in our community we may not have had the opportunity to encounter and create that positive impact.”
