James City County Police Department Volunteer, Allen Ayers, was recently recognized as Volunteer of the Year for his dedicated service to the Department. Allen volunteers numerous hours monthly to the Department through various tasks and attends all major events. Allen has also worked with Colonial Community Corrections scanning and digitizing thousands of documents for their records system.
