[ARCHIVED] Virginia Beach-based musician, Jesse Chong, to perform with his band at Fourth Friday on Aug. 26

James City County is pleased to announce that Jesse Chong will perform Aug. 26 at Fourth Fridays at Jamestown Beach Event Park. Jesse Chong is known for his musical versatility and genre blending. His musical style is often compared to Dave Matthews, John Mayer, Jimi Hendrix and Bob Marley.

Admission is free and doors open at 5:30 p.m., Jesse Chong will take the stage at 6:30 p.m. Fourth Friday Concerts take place on a grassy field within Jamestown Beach Event Park, 2205 Jamestown Road. Free parking is available on site.

There will be food available for purchase from food trucks. Beverage sales including assorted beers will be available and proceeds benefit the United Way of Greater Williamsburg. Wine will be provided by the Williamsburg Winery.

Outside food and service animals are welcome; however, outside alcohol, pets and large, plastic coolers are prohibited. Chairs of all sizes are welcome as well as blankets.

Jamestown Beach will remain open to patrons during the concert and will follow its regular operating schedule.
