James City County will celebrate the 500th home purchased though the First-time Homebuyer Program at 10 a.m. on July 27 with a ribbon cutting and open house at 4370 Ironbound Road.
The new home will be open to the public to tour and light refreshments will be provided by Wayne Harbin Builder, Inc. For more information, call the Housing Office at 757-259-5340.
