The first Fourth Fridays at Jamestown Beach Event Park will be this Friday, June 24 will be a double header featuring Rayvon Owen and Joey Cook with her band, the Partyraddlers. Both Owen and Cook were contestants in the 14th season of American Idol. Each reached the top 7 and are both natives of Virginia.

Doors will open at 5 p.m. Concert will take place on a grassy field within Jamestown Beach Event Park. Admission to Fourth Fridays is $20 (cash or check) per car at the gate. Parking for the concert will be behind the old Jamestown Campground building at 2205 Jamestown Beach Event Park adjacent to Jamestown Settlement.

Pack a picnic and a blanket and come enjoy a fun Friday evening. All picnics are subject to inspection prior to entrance. No alcohol may be brought with you to the event. No large, plastic coolers are permitted. There will be alcohol (beer and wine) for purchase. James City County has partnered with the United Way of Greater Williamsburg (UWGW) for beverage services and UWGW will receive proceeds from beverage sales at each concert. The Williamsburg Winery will be on hand pouring their fine wines.

There will be food available for purchase from food trucks – Toano’s Little Piggy’s Wurst Nightmare and Karnage Asada, who were named the #1 food truck in Virginia.
