James City County is pleased to announce that Bdefined Fitness has moved into new studio space in New Town. Bdefined offers a personal fitness studio, modern fitness equipment, nutrition consultants and full massage services. The new studio location is at 5207 Center St., Unit D. Bdefined is looking forward to serving their clients in their new, larger studio.
