Inclement Weather PolicyDuring periods of inclement weather, the James City County Recreation Center and the Abram Frink Jr. Community Center follow the same opening and closing procedures as James City County government offices. If County offices are closed, both Centers are closed. If the County has a delayed opening or an early closing, both Centers will open or close accordingly. During closures, classes and activities held in the facilities are canceled. During weather-related incidents, please look for the latest information through County-wide communication outlets.
