Police Respond to Commercial Burglary at GameStop

JCCPD announces a crime has occurred

On Oct. 17 at 10:43 a.m., James City County Police Department Personnel responded to a Commercial Burglary that took place at the GameStop located at 4615-D Monticello Avenue. Upon arriving at the business, a GameStop employee discovered that unlawful entry was made into the building and immediately contacted Police. After officers arrived, a search of the building was conducted, and it was determined that there was no one located inside the business. The investigation is ongoing at this time.

Callers to the Crime Line and P3 Tips users may remain anonymous, do not have to testify in court and may be eligible for a reward up to $1,000 if the information provided leads to an arrest.
