[ARCHIVED] Police Respond to Shots Fired Incident

At approximately 12:48 p.m., James City County Emergency Communications received calls regarding shots fired in the parking lot of 7-Eleven. Upon officers’ arrival, all involved parties had left the scene. Multiple witnesses advised Police that individuals had gotten into an altercation in the parking lot and that shots were fired before they all fled the scene.

Shell casings were located in the area.

There have been no reported injuries and minimal damage to property.
