James City County’s Board of Supervisors has authorized an allocation of its American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding to qualifying non-profit entities that provide services to James City County residents. Allocations will be awarded to qualifying entities based on an evaluation of the applications submitted as well as the availability of funds.
The covered period begins March 3, 2021 and ends on Dec. 31, 2024. Funds must be INCURRED (i.e. obligated) by Dec. 31, 2024. Funds must be EXPENDED with all work performed and completed by Dec. 31, 2026. Detailed instructions, including eligibility criteria and required documentation, can be found on the application form. The deadline for submissions is Friday, March 18, 2022 at 5 p.m.
