21000725 suspect flash

On March 20 between 9:15 a.m. and 11 a.m., an unknown person(s) stole the wallet from a victim’s purse while she was shopping at various stores in Settler’s Market.  Between 11:04 and 11:13 a.m. that same morning, her credit card was used to purchase gift cards at the Harris Teeter at Quarterpath Crossing for more than $1,500.

The investigation would identify a person of interest, and Investigators would like to speak to her further. She was in a store at the same time as the victim during the time in question and appears to leave the store while concealing something under the front of her shirt.
