The James City Service Authority Board of Directors met on Jan. 4 for their annual organizational meeting to elect a Chairman and Vice Chairman. Ruth Larson was elected Chairman. John McGlennon was elected Vice Chairman.

Larson represents the Berkeley District and was elected to the Board in November 2015 and reelected in 2019. McGlennon represents the Roberts District and has served on the Board since 1998.
