[ARCHIVED] Community Participation Team Meeting Scheduled for Nov. 16

The Engage 2045 Community Participation Team (CPT) will meet on Monday, Nov. 16, 2020 at 4 p.m. to discuss the Round 3 Deciding and Affirming engagement approach recommendations, draft questions, and advertising. The meeting will be held electronically pursuant to the Continuity of Government Ordinance adopted by the Board of Supervisors on April 14, 2020 and readopted on Sept. 8, 2020.

Citizen comments may be submitted via U.S. Mail to the Planning Commission Secretary, P.O. Box 8784, Williamsburg, VA 23187, via electronic mail to community.development@jamescitycountyva.gov, by leaving a message at 757-253-6750. Comments must be submitted no later than noon on the day of the meeting. Please provide your name and address for the public record.

Engage 2045 is the process to update the County’s 2015 Comprehensive Plan entitled Toward 2035: Leading the Way. The CPT provides County citizens and the business community with opportunities to participate in the process, including public meetings, online questionnaires and events.
