Project: Five Forty Seven 

Join Parks & Recreation for the Longest Day of Play on Saturday, June 20. We’ll offer recreational activities all day with programs for all ages including virtual programs you can participate in from home! The day kicks off at 5:47 a.m. with a sunrise paddle at the James City County Marina. Throughout the day there’ll be onsite and virtual fitness classes, photo contests, nature games, a cartoon and Trick Shot challenge, Freedom Stories: a virtual presentation by master storyteller Dylan Pritchett, Mountain Bike Time Trials at Upper County Park and the day concludes with a sunset paddle at the Marina and a virtual Family Trivia Night.
