[ARCHIVED] Jamestown Beach Event Park Parking Fees

JBEP parking update

Beach Parking Fees

Parking fees for nonresidents are charged at Jamestown Beach Event Park through Labor Day. The fee is charged Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and on weekends and holidays 8 a.m.-6 p.m. There is no parking fee for James City County and City of Williamsburg residents (must physically reside in County or City). To avoid paying the fee, residents should bring with them proof of residency (valid driver’s license or valid Virginia identification card which shows current address). If the driver’s license or identification card does not show the current address, residents may present a current lease agreement, utility bill or Voter registration card along with ID.

Parking decals for residents will no longer be issued; however, previously issued decals are still valid provided the decal is readable. Decals that are not readable will no longer be valid and will not be replaced.

Parking Fees:

Passenger Vehicle (up to 8 passengers):
Weekdays - $4
Weekends & Holidays - $7

High Occupancy Vehicle (9-15 passengers):
Weekdays - $10
Weekends & Holidays - $10

Bus (16 or more passengers):
Weekdays - $15
Weekends & Holidays - $15

Payment of fees is accepted by cash, check and credit/debit cards. The Board of Supervisors has waived the 2.95% convenience fee on all credit and debit card transactions through Aug. 5, 2020.
