Due to the inclement weather, all County facilities will open on Friday, Feb. 21 at 9 a.m. This includes the James City County Recreation Center, all parks and Convenience Centers. Williamsburg Regional Libraries will open at 10 a.m. Courts will follow their regular schedule.
