James City County is pleased to announce that Full Circle Yoga + Pilates has opened at 3709 Strawberry Plains Road, Suite B. Full Circle Yoga + Pilates is a yoga and pilates studio owned by Beth Corson. The studio offers classes daily.
Full Circle Yoga + Pilates offers a variety of yoga and pilates instruction as well as meditation, energy work and sound healing classes. Classes are available for students of all levels of experience. Classes can be taken as “hot yoga” featuring far infared radiation heat, gentle heat and also at room temperature. Each class lasts between 60-75 minutes. The studio has more than a dozen teachers.
“I am excited to begin this new journey and to offer the greater Williamsburg area an independent yoga and pilates studio that is locally owned with a variety of options,” said Corson. “I am proud that Full Circle staff meets our students where they are to experience the joy of mindful movement.”
Full Circle Yoga + Pilates offers numerous pricing options including an introductory special for new students, memberships and class passes. Classes can be booked online in advance.
