[ARCHIVED] Suspect Wanted for Two Armed Robberies in James City County on Nov. 22.

8:11 p.m. - Citgo, 5443 Richmond Road.

Black male suspect armed with a handgun entered the store and pointed the gun at the clerk and a customer. The suspect demanded money from the clerk. A second customer ran from the store. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

8:57 p.m. - 7-Eleven, 4840 Longhill Road.

A suspect with the same description entered the store and pointed a gun at the clerk and then hit him in the head with the gun. Four customers ran from the store. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. The clerk was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect is described as a light-skinned black male, approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall with an athletic build. He is wearing a dark hoodie, a dark ski mask and dark denim jeans. He is armed with a small handgun and is carrying a book bag.
