[ARCHIVED] Police Seek Information in Credit Card Fraud Incident

19002863 suspect Target

A victim reported to Police that on Sept. 25 at approximately 8:30 a.m., an unknown person had fraudulently used her credit card at Target at 4630 Monticello Avenue to purchase more than $800 in merchandise. The victim’s credit card had been stolen from her vehicle in York County the day prior. The suspect was captured on surveillance cameras.
