Come out to the Live Well Expo on Friday, Nov. 1 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. at the James City County Recreation Center. This free annual event is designed for ages 55+ and their caregivers. Let us pamper your mind, body and spirit while you get your free vaccinations and take advantage of free preventive health screenings including vision, hearing, cholesterol and blood pressure checks. Learn about senior services available in the community such as nutrition, home health care, social and recreational services.
