JCC CERT is an all-abilities program offered free of charge to any County resident over the age of 18. Members promote emergency preparedness, give critical support to first responders in emergencies, provide immediate assistance to victims and help after a major emergency. JCC CERT enables individuals to help their families and neighbors prepare, respond and recover within their own neighborhood.
Training begins March 3 at 6:30 p.m. at the JCC Fire Department Training Center at 5077 John Tyler Hwy. Visit the JCC CERT web page to register online and view the training schedule. For assistance or more information, call Caroline Dunlap 757-564-2140.
