James City County Personal Property and Real Estate tax bills have been mailed and are due Wednesday, June 5, 2019. If you have not received your tax bill, please call the Treasurer’s Office at 757-253-6705. Penalty will be applied on June 6. Tax payments mailed in will be processed through our bank’s lockbox services (Towne Bank) in Boston, Massachusetts.
A drop box for the Treasurer/Commissioner of the Revenue has been installed in the Government Center parking lot for your convenience.
The County now offers electronic billing and payment options online, including e-check! It’s an easy way to save time and protect the environment. Please note that a convenience fee of $0.95 will be applied to all e-check payments and 2.95% to all credit/debit card payments.
