[ARCHIVED] Celli’s Chocolate Chips Opens on John Tyler Highway

James City County is pleased to announce that Celli’s Chocolate Chips (Celli’s) has opened at 4548 John Tyler Highway. Celli’s is a cookie bakery owned by Gina and Anthony Celli. The new bakery shop also serves La Combe coffee.

Celli’s bakes fresh cookies in small batches with organic ingredients. Celli’s offers 13 cookie varieties include traditional cookies like chocolate chip, oatmeal and ginger snaps, but also has Italian wedding cookies, confetti cookies and black & white cookies. Small batch granola is also available.

“Really it's all about the cookies and they speak to themselves and the experience we want to create for the community,” said Kacie Celli, marketing manager.

Gina Celli began Celli’s as an online business more than a year ago, but she has been baking cookies for more than 20 years.

Celli’s offers catering and special orders. Celli’s can also ship cookies.
