On July 8, Christian Jamayal Anthony was arrested in New York and charged with three counts of threats to bomb or burn Premium Outlets in James City County.
Anthony is charged with making threats by telephone to several businesses between March and May 2015. The James City County Fire Marshal’s Office investigated the threats and determined that Anthony was in New York at the time of the offenses. The Fire Marshal’s Office worked with the US Marshals Service to locate and arrest Anthony.
