James City County offices, the JCC Recreation Center and the Abram Frink Jr. Community Center will be open during regular office hours tomorrow, Feb. 18. However, the Commissioner of the Revenue’s Office and Treasurer’s Office will be closed as the offices convert current records to a new computer system. They will reopen Feb. 19.
