[ARCHIVED] JCC TV Presents New Episodes of "Fun Fitness" Series

James City County presents two new, HD episodes of its “Fun Fitness” exercise series. The new episodes, led by fitness instructors Gail Peck and Patti DeBlass, feature chair-bound workouts that focus on general aerobics and yoga. Fun Fitness is available on-demand on James City County’s YouTube channel and will air every morning on JCC TV, Cox Channels 48 and 1048. Please check the programming schedule for more details.
