[ARCHIVED] Police Attempt to Identify Suspect in Larcenies from Vehicles

Sometime during the overnight hours of Feb. 4-5, an unknown person tampered with several vehicles and stole several items from unlocked vehicles in Michelle’s Point, Rolling Woods and White Hall. A home surveillance video camera captured footage (below).

If you are able to identify the individual in this video or know anything about these incidents, please contact Investigator Leslie Sten at 757-603-6044 or You may also contact the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP. Callers to the Crime Line may remain anonymous, do not have to testify in court and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 if the information leads to an arrest.

Residents are encouraged to protect their property by removing valuables from vehicles and always locking doors, keeping windows and doors locked at night and when not at home and keeping extra keys and garage door remotes in a secure location.
