[ARCHIVED] Police Seek Information on Credit Card Theft and Fraud Incident

On Dec. 11 at 2:45 p.m., victim reports that her wallet was stolen from purse while she was shopping in a store at Settler’s Market. Fifteen minutes later, 2 of her credit cards were used at the Target on Monticello Avenue. The pictured individual was identified through surveillance photos to be the suspect.
