You can’t predict . . . but you can prepare!
JCC CERT training is an all-abilities program offered at no charge to residents of James City County over the age of 18. Attendees are trained in:
- personal, family and community emergency preparedness, and
- basic disaster response skills, including fire safety, light search and rescue, emergency medical skills, emergency supplies to keep on hand, critical support to first responders, survival during an active shooter event, and more.
Training begins March 2, at 6 p.m. at the JCC Fire Department Training Center located at 5077 John Tyler Highway.
