[ARCHIVED] JCC Offices, Facilities, Parks Closed Jan 8 Due to Inclement Weather -- Jan. 7, 7:30 pm Update

James City County Winter Storm Information

Due to inclement weather, County facilities and operations will be closed on Sunday, Jan. 8. This includes the JCC Recreation Center and the Abram Frink Jr. Community Center, parks and all convenience centers. The Williamsburg Regional Library will also be closed.

County emergency officials continue to urge residents to stay off the roads if possible and monitor local weather reports. Road conditions will continue to deteriorate through the evening. If you must go out, use caution and take a cell phone with you should you need it in an emergency.

Monitor local media for the latest updates. County closings and weather-related information will be posted on the County website, Facebook and Twitter.
