This is a Healthy Heart! Healthy Mind Event! Hosted by Colonial Sports at Billsburg Brewery.
The easy 8K and relaxed 4K run/walk start at the zero mile mark on the Capital trail and end at Billsburg Brewery. The 8K starts at 10 Am and it is a chip-timed race. All 8K participants receive a custom Long-sleeve race t and the first 300 who sign up and finish the run/walk receive a die Cast finisher medal. Participants run on the beautiful Capital Trail with gorgeous scenery from miles 2-4. Race awards will be given to Top three men and women overall, top three males and females in age groups 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and over, Top three males and females in the competitive Walk.
The relaxed 4K Run/ walk starts at 9:55 AM and it is a chip timed race. All participants receive a custom long sleeve race t and the first 200 receive a custom finisher medal.
