Requirements
All pass holders must have a valid Annual Activity Waiver (PDF) on file and a valid household ID number. If you do not have a household ID number, one will be created for you at the time of registration. Proof of residency is required to receive the resident rate.Pass Coverage
A James City County facilities family pass is valid for up to 2 adults and their dependents, all of whom must be living in the same household. For purposes of the family pass, dependents shall include children age 23 and younger and any individuals over whom a member of the household has legal guardianship. Proof of residency is required.Inclement Weather Policy
At the discretion of pool staff, the outdoor pools may be closed due to the following weather related conditions:- Lightning or thunder is present or pending
- Severe storm warning has been issued
- Rain, hail, wind or any other weather condition presenting a safety concern
- Power outages
- Air temperatures below 68 degrees
