Warhill Sports Complex Stormwater BMP Repairs & Retrofit

July 2015
Scope of Work
This project consists of the repair and retrofitting of a failed stormwater management facility at the Warhill Sports Complex. The facility is a wet pond where the vertical riser pipe had rusted through and the pond had drained.

The project included replacement of the riser, lining of the existing pipe through the dam embankment and installing several features that enhance the water quality benefits of the facility such as a sediment forebay, an aquatic bench and a wetland area. The wetland plants are to be installed by a separate contractor.
