Outdoor Water Use Schedule

JCSA customers can use water outdoors for any purpose, at any time, on any day, as long as it is with a container or a hose with an automatic shutoff nozzle. Starting May 1 through Sept. 30, any other method of outdoor water use (such as irrigation systems, sprinklers or hoses without automatic shutoff nozzles) must follow the outdoor water use schedule below, which is based on street address.
