Daily Cards Individuals who do not have an Access Pass to the center may purchase a Daily Card. Resident cards are good for 24 months, and nonresident cards are good for 12 months. This card allows you to pay the resident Daily Fee to use the James City County Recreation Center. If you do not purchase a Daily Card, you must complete a visitor access form and pay the daily fee at the nonresident rate each time you visit the community center.

Proof of residence is required in order to purchase or renew an Access Pass at the resident rate. A resident is defined as anyone who physically resides in James City County or the City of Williamsburg. This must be a primary residence as reported on income tax forms and used for voter registration. Proper documentation is required to prove residency. Documentation can be a DMV issued driver’s license with current street address, Virginia I.D. card with current street address, or either of these two I.D. cards along with one of the following that shows street address: a utility bill, lease agreement, voter registration.

Residents of James City County and Williamsburg may have free access to the JCCRC on the following days. You must present a Daily Card in order to get in for free.
Thursday	1-3 p.m.
Friday	6-8 p.m.
Saturday	2-5 p.m.
