Looking for an opportunity to get your bike out of “hibernation?” Free safety inspections, assistance for minor repairs, greasing, fitting as well as fun rides to “knock the rust off” after winter. Fun rides of 2, 5, 10 and 15 miles on the Virginia Capital Trail led by experienced leaders. Rides scheduled to start at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., noon and 1 p.m. Riders younger than 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Light refreshments provided. Rain date is April 8.

JCCPD is offering free firearm safety classes to the public. Each one session class will cover basic safety, handling, storage and basic laws related to carrying a concealed handgun in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The class does NOT include hands-on training and personal firearms should be left at home in a secure location.
This course meets the requirement for the “Documentation of Proof of Handgun Competency” as part of the VA Concealed Handgun Permit application process, and a certificate of attendance will be provided to attendees.
