Police seek missing person

Kelvin Brown, missing person

On Oct. 13, a family member of Kelvin Leon Brown reported him missing from his residence on Chickahominy Road. Brown was last seen on Oct. 2 operating a 2009 black Cadillac (Virginia license plate VLF7911) when he reportedly left to visit a friend on Bush Springs Road. Brown requires medication for multiple medical conditions, and he left the medication at his residence. Brown is a 57 year old black male, 5’7”, 280 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
